Delivery & Dispatch
Our commitment is to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible, typically within 48 hours for popular dragons that we have in stock. For out of stock items that are printed to order, or if specific models and colours are ordered, this may extend up to 7 working days.
Rest assured, we will process all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard Delivery: A uniform fee of £2.99 applies to each order.
Free Standard Delivery: For all orders exceeding £40.
Expect delivery within 7 working days from the order date for all UK destinations.
Global Delivery: We are pleased to accept international orders.
To ensure fair pricing, international shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. This means you'll only pay for the shipping you need.
Returns

Our commitment is to ensure you're delighted with your purchase.
All products are checked for conformity when we print and pack them. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
After we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. This policy is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, aiming to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.
